Refund Eligibility
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
Non-Refundable Items
Custom or personalized artwork and frames.
Items marked as "final sale."
Conditions for Refunds
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at contact@gigglesandglee.co.za with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos (if applicable).
Upon approval, we’ll provide return instructions and process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
